UENO, Japan - Relatives of victims of the 1985 Japan Airlines jumbo jet crash pay their respects at the memorial monument at the crash site called Osutaka Ridge in the village of Ueno, Gunma Prefecture, on Aug. 12, 2013, the 28th anniversary of the accident.
